For delivery orders, in the instance that your recipient is not home the arrangement will be left on the doorstep and the recipient will be notified. In the case of inclement weather, the arrangement will be left in a covered area or with a neighbor and the recipient will be notified. Wild Things is not responsible for incorrect delivery information, including but not limited to delivery date, address, gate codes, or hospital room numbers. If we are unable to complete a delivery due to inaccuracies in the provided details, a second delivery fee will apply for redelivery.
